Platte Canyon School District Provides Cost of Appraisals
The appraisal cost was provided to PACE in response to a CORA request. See the document posted below.
The cost to Platte Canyon School District taxpayers was $6,500.00. The Board of Education never voted on this expense, nor did they vote to direct the Superintendent to order the appraisal. The district has no record of the funds used to pay for the title work.
