PACE was formed in June of 2016 and is composed of parents and community members within the Platte Canyon School District #1 who are dedicated to improving accountability and transparency.
Our primary mission is to refocus the school district on its core responsibility of graduating college and workforce ready young adults.

This site is for parents of students currently enrolled in Platte Canyon School District #1 (PCSD), for those who are interested in enrolling in the district, for taxpaying community members who want to know how their tax dollars are being utilized, and for everyone in between.
PACE was born of the need for teachers, staff, and community members to have a voice within the district. PACE is bridging this gap through effective communication and outreach to all members of the district community. PACE will become a partner in education with the Platte Canyon School District #1. Our community is populated by a very diverse range of individuals who can lend their various talents to our school district. Together we can provide our schools, our teachers, and our students with the resources they need to achieve true academic success. Together we can ensure that our students will leave our district fully prepared for college and/or the workforce.
