Platte Canyon Principal/Superintendent Resigns From His Principal Position

After multiple months of executive sessions the Superintendent's amended contract has been approved through the consent agenda on April 14, 2025.
This contract is effective August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2027. Included in the contract is a decrease in the Superintendent's salary from $146,768.00 to $140,000.00, this contract continues to compensate the Superintendent "additional salary in an amount equal to the difference in the total monthly cost of health, dental and vision coverage for the Superintendent’s family and the total monthly cost of health insurance coverage offered to Superintendent individually." and the resignation of his Principal position at Platte Canyon High School.
Also approved through he consent agenda is the new Middle School/High School principal job description.
