Rosalie Property Appraisal CORA Request Fulfilled

The CORA request for the appraisal and title work for property at 599 Rosalie Rd was fulfilled. You will find the documents here. The appraisal is dated approximately four months ago (November 18, 2022) and covers the Rosalie and Deer Creek Elementary School (DCES) properties.

The Rosalie property was declared surplus property in February and the bidding process and start date is still pending. The DCES property is still in use and has not been declared surplus property and a consolidation date to the other campus has not been determined at this time. Appraisals are generally accurate and acceptable for sale purposes for 3-6 months.
